The London Removals

I used The London Removals to move home a couple of months ago. The service was very expensive but I chose to go with them because they were chasing me almost every day to try to get me to use them, I thought that, surely that was a good thing, until I realised that it only reflected the lack of business they have .

Anyway, moving day was a nightmare, they made it all even more stressful than it should be, they broke my banister, a bookcase, they scratched my wardrobe and made a hole through it, stained my sofa and broke one of the legs, broke one of my lamps, dragged the furniture leaving marks on the wooden floor, chipped my door frames, etc. They promised that they would wrap all the items that couldn't be boxed but they didn't!

On the same day they promised that they would repair all the damage to get me to pay for the service so I did, big mistake! They took no responsibility and offered no compensation, I even claimed the damages with photographs the two following days but they refused to do anything about it.

This removal company doesn't give you a contract, nothing in writing, they try to have all the communication by phone, which makes it more difficult to claim or prove anything.

I wrote a review about them in Google Plus and they removed the review section of it - this says a lot about them, trying to silence the complaints from their customers!

If you value your belongings don't use The London removals (.co.uk).

Finding a reputable removals company is tough work. So when I came across the london removals I was delighted to find out that they were just as good as they sounded. Unlike most large commercial removals companies, they were very friendly and catered for my every need. The removal men that moved my belongings were really polite and worked incredibly hard. They also handled my things with care and were very gentle so that none of my precious possessions got damaged. This is definitely a company that I would highly recommend to anyone needing a professional moving company. I know how difficult it can be to find a suitable company that you can trust but I can guarantee that you will be impressed by this company.

I’ve used The London removals several times and I’m yet to be disappointed by their excellent removals service. I think most people will agree with me when I say that finding a decent removals company is a tough job. So when I found this company I was utterly dumbfounded by their endless professionalism. I was so happy and impressed with them that I told everyone I knew about them. Their service, their staff, and their prices – it was all great. I couldn’t complain at all. Overall, a brilliant removals company offering a superb service.

A while back I searched for a removal company by reading reviews. That is why I am writing now to help others make their mind which company to hire. I strongly suggest The London Removals. They were fantastic during my move. I had two lads who arrived smiling and ready to work! We laughed and joked throughout the loading and carring. In the end, there were no damages or missing things to report so it was all good. I am very satisfied with The London Removals and recommend it to all of you!
